A Swimming Pool!
Baller since 2018
Ryan was adopted on December 9, 2016. He has a love for supporting others and always helps out when needed.
On March 15, 2017 he was diagnose with T-cell Leukemia (ALL) and was started on chemotherapy immediately. Ryan is embarking on a 3 year treatment plan. We are so glad he can go through this journey with a family and not as foster child.
On October 2, 2017 a day after his 12th birthday he had an infection that was believed to be from his port which made his whole body go septic, they induced him in comma for two weeks in the ICU at Albany Med until he was stable. He was later moved to another floor where he stayed for 2 months. Ryan went to rehab and physical therapy to get him up and walking again and he did! He is a fighter and has come a long way. He will be in the maintenance stage in July which means he will be able to go back to school in September and be with his friends. Ryan is loving boy who is very thoughtful and loves to put smiles on people's faces.
